1. Parties

Buyer: The person who enters their name, surname, address and contact details when placing the order.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through this website, whose features and sale price are stated in the order summary. The parties accept their rights and obligations under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product, price and payment

The type, quantity, brand/code, VAT-inclusive sale price, shipping fee and payment method of the product are shown in the order summary and on the order confirmation page. Prices are those valid at the time of the order.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered to the address given by the Buyer via [Shipping company], within the legal limit of 30 days.

5. Vehicle compatibility

The vehicle compatibility information shown on the site is based on catalogue data. Before fitting, the Buyer is responsible for comparing the product code with the existing part. For products marked “No compatibility data” or “verify engine fit”, checking is the Buyer’s responsibility.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. Notice of withdrawal is given through the contact channels above. For products that have been fitted, used, or whose packaging has been opened so that they can no longer be resold, the exceptions in the Regulation may apply.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent for disputes, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts having read this agreement and the pre-contract information form.
