Data processed
- When ordering: name, surname, phone, email, delivery and billing address, and (for company invoices) tax details.
- For trade accounts: company name, contact name and contact details.
- In reviews: the name and vehicle details you enter.
- The VIN entered in a VIN check is not stored; it is sent to the NHTSA vPIC service (USA) for the lookup.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to set up and fulfil orders, for delivery, invoicing, legal obligations and customer support, on the basis of Article 5(2)(c), (ç) and (f) of the KVKK.
Transfers
Data is shared with the shipping company for delivery and, where legally required, with the competent authorities.
